1 Heat the beetroot, butternut, cinnamon, chicken stock and orange juice over low heat, then simmer until the veggies are soft.

2 Remove from the heat, take out the cinnamon and use a stick blender or food processor to blend the veggies into a smooth soup.

3 Stir in the yoghurt and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
