I love all berries and use a mix for this recipe. Any seasonal fruit, fresh, frozen or canned, will work well. The choice of berries is totally up to you.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

1. Place the milk and pouring cream in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before adding the vanilla essence.
