Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two ovenproof cups or ramekins with non-stick spray.
1 Beat the yoghurt, eggs and honey until well combined. Add the apple and mix.
2 Mix the oat bran, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and citrus peel, then add to the yoghurt mixture. Mix well and divide between the two cups or ramekins.
