Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
1 Cut open the boerewors’ casing and remove the mince. Roll the mince into golf-ball-sized balls and arrange on the baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
2 Sprinkle Toast the seeds in a dry pan until fragrant, then transfer to a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until finely ground and well combined. Set aside.
