Rooibos tea adds a depth of flavour to puddings. Serve this version of a buttermilk pudding with warm custard or vanilla ice cream. 

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium ovenproof dish with butter.

1. Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs one by one, beating to combine.
