1 Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, then cook the tortilla wrap for a minute, then flip and spread the tomato sauce over the top of the wrap.
2 Sprinkle the cheese over and place the pepperoni slices on top. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
3 Remove the pan from the heat and allow the residual heat to melt the cheese further.
