Cheese, cheese and more cheese! Amp up your boerie with loads of cheese, the way they do it in USA.

1. Heat a large cast iron pan over medium hot coals. Add the mince and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-8 minutes.

2. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.
