The flatbread is finished with cumin seeds and bakes in just 15 minutes. It’s delicious as an appetizer or snack with hummus and raisin-and-olive salsa.

1. Bread Put all the ingredients apart from the olive oil and cumin seeds in a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon – you don’t need to knead it. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1½ hours.

2. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Llne a large baking sheet with baking paper and sprinkle flour over it.
