Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a large tart tin with nonstick spray. 


Put the flour, salt and baking powder in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until mixed. Add the coconut oil and egg yolk and pulse until a dough forms around the blade. Remove and lightly compress with your hands.
