Grease a 20cm round springform tin with nonstick spray. Keep baking paper handy.
1. Chocolate cake Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions. Mix the instant coffee and hot water and beat into the cake batter.
2. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool.
