Combine this tasty treat with yoghurt.

1. Daltjies Toast the coriander seeds in a dry pan until fragrant and starting to discolour. Remove from the pan, leave to cool, then grind in a pepper mill.

2. Mix the self-raising flour, ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper together. Add the fresh coriander, cabbage and carrot mix, onion and garlic and mix.
