Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a larging baking sheet with olive oil and line a smaller baking sheet with baking paper.
1. Crackers Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until a dough starts forming around the blade. Remove the dough and shape into a ball. Cover with clingfilm and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roughly roll out into oval shapes. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
