Coriander is a favourite seasoning in Cuban food. This cheesy bacon pasta is taken to the next level with the delicious Cuban influence.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a medium ovenproof dish with nonstick spray.

1. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the bacon, bay leaves and coriander seeds and stir-fry until the bacon is cooked.
