Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line 2 small tart tins with baking paper and grease well with nonstick spray.
1. Line the tart tins with pastry and use a fork to poke a few holes in each crust.
2. Put a sheet of baking paper on each pastry sheet and fill the crust with dried beans or rice. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the baking paper and beans or rice and leave the crust to cool.
