These rusks don’t need many ingredients and are pretty effortless to make. All the ingredients are mixed in a single bowl before being baked and dried.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 2 rusk tins with nonstick spray.

1. Mix the self-raising flour, bran, salt and raisins in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the margarine, condensed milk and milk, then mix well.
