Prepare a fire with enough coals for braaiing. Place a braai stand in the coals and keep a folding braai grid handy.
1. Corn salad Place the mealies on the closed grid and cook until bright yellow and lightly charred. Mix the butter and Marmite and spread over the hot mealies. Leave to cool, then cut the kernels from the cob. Mix the kernels with the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
2. Spread Mix all the ingredients
