This tasty treat is takes less than 10 minutes to make.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
1. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray. Place all 6 phyllo sheets on top of each other on a clean working surface and cut out 12 rounds with a cookie cutter. Be sure to cut through all 6 layers. Brush each phyllo round with melted butter then layer 6 rounds on top of each other in each muffin cup. Bake for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
