1 Herb sauce Heat the oil and sesame seeds until the seeds are golden brown.
2 Transfer the oil and seeds to a food processor and add the coriander, chilli, ginger and garlic. Process until smooth then add the vinegar and soy sauce through the spout.
3 Fish Put the fish, skin side down, on a greased baking sheet and baste with the sauce. Marinate for 20 minutes.
