Use oatmeal for a delightfully crunchy crumble on a baked pudding. This crumble can even be made in large quantities and frozen.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease an ovenproof tart dish with non-stick spray.
1. Crumble Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until mixed. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
