A recipe inspired by our archives. We’ve made a budget version with ground sunflower seeds instead of almonds – make sure you roast the seeds to give them that unmistakable nutty flavour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a ring baking tin well with nonstick spray.
1. Grease the baking tin well with the butter. Sprinkle the coconut in the tin and shake to ensure it coats as much of the tin as possible. Tip out any excess coconut.
