This soup, sometimes called a white gazpacho, is deliciously refreshing.

1. Put the grapes, cucumber, almonds and spring onion in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

2. Add the vinegar and yoghurt and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
