Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease well with non-stick spray. 

1 Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta for 15-20 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside. 

2 Frikkadels Place all the frikkadel ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Shape into golf-ball­-sized frikkadels and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
