Instead of reaching for sweets or processed snacks, grab a handful of this healthy alternative when you feel peckish. 

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Keep a large baking sheet handy.

1. Spread out the nuts and coconut on the baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes. Stir and toast for another 5 minutes or until the coconut starts to discolour.
