1 Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough starts clinging to the blade, adding a little water if it’s too dry.

2 Remove and knead until smooth. Cover and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

3 Roll out the dough on a flour-sprinkled surface until paper-thin – you can even use a pasta roller to roll out the dough out. Cut into square or circles.
