It’s delicious with fresh seed bread and is a staple on my winter table. You can start with soup bones, but it’s also delicious as a purely vegetarian version.

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

1 Drain the soup mix, rinse and cover in clean water. Cook until soft – don’t add salt. (You can do this in the microwave.)
