The ground sunflower seeds give these biscuits a deliciously rich flavour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. 

1. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until they start to change colour. Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
