1 Marinated broccoli Mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and chilli in a small saucepan and heat, stirring continuously until the marinade comes to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the lime or lemon juice.
2 Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add the broccoli, bring to the boil again then drain immediately. Rinse with cold water and transfer to a dish.
3 Pour the marinade over the broccoli and cover. Leave in the fridge to marinate for an hour or overnight.
