Keep 4-6 ice lolly moulds and 4-6 ice cream sticks handy. 

1. Lollies Put the milk, cream, condensed milk and salt in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove from the heat. 

2. Flavour the milk mixture with the strawberry or vanilla flavouring, then add the colouring to your liking. Leave to cool, then fill the ice-lolly moulds.
