Masala oat-crumbed chicken with coriander sauce

1. Chicken Put the chicken in a marinating bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

2. Crumb Put the oatmeal and spices in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and well combined. Beat the egg and milk together until well combined.

3. Remove the chicken strips from the marinade and roll in the flour, dip in the egg mixture and roll in the oatmeal mixture. Arrange on a plate and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
