For a distinctive smoky flavour, cook the chicken over the coals instead of in the oven.

1, Marinade Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pusle until coarsely ground. If you don’t have a food processor or prefer a coarser marinade, chop all the ingredients coarsely and mix well.

2. Chicken Arrange the chicken in a marinating dish and pour the marinade over. Rub to coat the chicken all over, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
