Neapolitan-flavour ice cream is a treat many of us grew up with. We capture those childhood memories with this sumptuous cake.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease three 20cm cake tins well with nonstick spray and line the bottoms with baking paper.
1. Cake Sift together the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar and mix lightly. Make a well in the middle.
