Grease a bread tin with nonstick spray or keep individual jelly moulds handy.
1 Put the gelatine in a bowl and pour the water over. Mix lightly and leave to stand for 10 minutes to sponge.
2 In the meantime, add the juice, rooibos tea and cordial to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Add the sponged gelatine and mix until dissolved.
