Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease well with non-stick spray.

1 Put half the oatmeal in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

2 Then mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Cover with clingfilm and chill overnight in the fridge.
