Celebrity chef Reuben Riffel loves to share his culinary secrets. YOU was one of the first magazines to do a food feature with him after he won the chef of the year and restaurant of the year awards at the Eat Out Awards in 2004. This salad is based on one of his creations.

1. Dressing Mix all ingredients well and set aside.

2. Salad Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and drain. Pour the oil and dressing over.
