1. Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until just done but still firm. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a large, deep pan and fry the grated baby marrows for a few minutes or until bright green.

3. Add the pasta, cheese and sour cream to the baby marrows in the pan and mix gently. Heat for 5 minutes then remove from the stovetop. Season with salt and pepper.
