Peanut butter brownies

Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a 20cm square cake tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper.

1. Batter Place the chocolate in a large bowl and pour the hot butter over, stirring until the chocolate has melted.

2. Whisk in the castor sugar and leave to cool for a few minutes. Whisk in the eggs and mix well.
