1. Spice mixture Mix everything together. 

2. Steak Mix the mustard, honey, thyme and garlic until well combined. Use kitchen towel to dab the steak dry. Cover the steak in the mustard mixture, then roll in the spice mixture. 

3. Heat a pan until very hot, pour the oil in and immediately put the steak in the pan. Fry for a minute, turn over and fry for another minute.
