1. Filling Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Dumplings Turn the dough square so it lies in a diamond shape in front of you. Use a teaspoon to put a lump of filling in the middle, then fold the bottom corner of the dough over the top corner. Seal the edges – the dumpling should not be a triangle. Fold the two corners at the side over each other. Seal the edges using your fingertips and roll to the middle. Repeat with the rest of the dough and filling.
3. Heat enough oil for deep frying in a pot or saucepan. Fry the dumplings in batches until golden brown and cooked. Drain on paper towel.
