1 Chicken Put the chicken in a marinating dish and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, cover the dish and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

2 Kebabs Thread the chicken cubes on the rosemary twigs, alternating them with the red or yellow pepper and onion. If you struggle to thread the chicken on the rosemary, use a knife to sharpen the end.

3 Arrange the kebabs in the basket of an air fryer and roast at 200°C for 12-15 minutes or until done.
