We spoil ourselves often with this tasty and easy-to-make seafood pizza. I stir a gremolata of parsley, garlic and lemon through the seafood then steam it until done. This way it won’t be overcooked in the oven – just heated on top of the precooked bases to get the cheese bubbling nicely.
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Before baking the pizzas, put a large baking sheet upside down in the oven to heat well (it helps the bases to slide off easily when done).
