Preheat the oven to 150°C. 

1 Mix all the ingredients and leave to stand for 10 minutes. 

2 Put a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly on the mat to 2mm thick. Make sure it’s spread evenly. If preferred, use a cookie cutter to cut out 2,5cm-thick circles in the mixture.
