This seed loaf is low-carb, is made with oatmeal rather than wheat and contains no raising agents. It’s delicious with avocado-and-cottage-cheese spread.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 3 small tins with nonstick spray, line the bottom with baking paper, then grease again.

1. Bread Mix the seeds, oatmeal, psyllium fibre and salt well – make sure the psyllium fibre is equally distributed in the bread.
