Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the bottom of a 25cm square cake tin with baking paper and grease with nonstick spray.
1. Cake Mix the semolina, cake flour, coconut, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together with an electric beater or hand whisk. Keep beating and slowly add the oil and butter. Lastly add the yoghurt and beat well.
