Poké bowls are traditionally made with fresh salmon. Our version is budget-friendly and even yummier! We dip the avo in a delicious sauce and toasted sesame seeds and use it instead of salmon.

1. Rice Cook the rice according to the package instructions. When it’s cooked and steamed until dry, stir in the rice wine vinegar and sugar.

2. Allow the rice to cool completely and mix in the sesame seeds. Chill until needed.
