Keep a large nonstick pan handy.
1. Dough Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt together. Make a well in the middle and add the water bit by bit until the dough is sticky. Transfer to a flour-sprinkled surface and knead until smooth. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
2. Filling Heat the oil and fry the onion and coleslaw mix until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove and leave to cool slightly.
