This is the food I prepare for the kids when we go picnicking at the river.

1. Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Brush the meat with the sauceand marinate overnight. You can also freeze the meat in the marinade for later use.

2. Cook the ribs on the braai, basting every now and then until done.
