This wholesome pizza is topped with shredded chicken and a vibrant olive salsa. It makes 4 individual pizzas or 2 large sharing ones. The salsa can be made in advance and kept in the fridge for up to a week.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Grease 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray and sprinkle flour over.
