1. Mince Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, garlic and chillies and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the spices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mince and fry until cooked.

2. Stir the tomato paste through the mince mixture and add the stock. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Minted yoghurt Mix all the ingredients.
