Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium loaf tin well with nonstick spray. 

1. Cake Sift all the dry ingredients together. 

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar or sweetener until light and fluffy. Add the butter and yoghurt and beat until well combined.
