These rusks are sweetened with dates, apple and honey instead of sugar and we used coconut milk instead of butter and eggs.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a deep baking sheet with baking paper and grease with nonstick spray.

1. Whisk the coconut milk, olive oil, honey, apple and orange zest until well combined, then set aside.
